HVAC Installer

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Journeyman HVAC Installer for commercial work!

Candidates are needed for projects all over the Twin Cities Metro Area (Multiple Job Sites). Pay rate is $35-45 Hourly (DOE).

We are seeking experienced Journeyman HVAC Installers to join our team for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including multi-family housing, office buildings, and institutional facilities, focusing on the installation of HVAC systems in new construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install and assemble commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork (rectangular, spiral, and flex), rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, and related equipment.
-Interpret and work from mechanical blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
-Collaborate with project managers and other trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
-Ensure all installations comply with local codes and industry standards.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and mechanical schematics.
-Experience with a variety of HVAC systems and components.
-Strong understanding of HVAC codes and regulations.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Valid Journeyman HVAC license
-OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Own set of hand tools and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
-Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Twin Cities metro area.
