Foreman

Trillium Construction is hiring an Iron Worker Foreman in or around Cocoa, Florida. 

Pay rate is $35–$40 per hour. Schedule is usually 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate iron worker teams on-site
-Oversee installation of steel structures and components
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
-Collaborate with project managers and other trades

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as an iron worker foreman with strong leadership skills
-Expertise in structural steel erection, rigging, and welding
-Ability to read blueprints, manage crews, and enforce safety standards
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting project deadlines
