Our company, ranked in the top 1% of staffing firms in the United States*, is seeking an experienced Staffing Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham based office. Repeatedly recognized as a National Best and Brightest Company to work for, our Branch Managers are responsible for:
• An organized approach to sales and service for target market. Making outside cold calls, emails, customer visits to solicit new clientele and presenting proposals to potential clients and to build business relationships.
• Branch profitability and operations
• Management of internal branch staff, recruiting efforts and placements
• Growth and diversification of branch client accounts

• Annual salary of $60-80k per year to start, plus uncapped commissions paid monthly

Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study
• Previous service industry experience
