Building Automation and Controls Sales Engineer / Estimator

Trillium has an immediate opening for an experienced Building Automation and Controls Sales Engineer / Estimator in Columbus!

This direct-hire opportunity is for an experienced individual with building automation and control in sales and/or estimating. There is potential for a senior technician to make a move into sales/estimating as well!

The Building Automation and Controls Sales Engineer / Estimator will review project specifications, provide accurate proposals and bid estimates for building automation systems, and foster relationships with stakeholders. Additional duties include conflict resolution, bid analysis, and preparing pre-design budgeting and documentation for client review. 

The salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications: 
- 3+ years of experience with building automation and controls
- Knowledge of construction documents and processes 
- Ability to develop accurate proposals and estimates 
- Availability for local travel to customer sites in the greater Columbus area as needed
