Superintendent
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Superintendent in the Ohio Valley area to oversee crews performing construction and labor work on Oil and Gas construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, with extensive knowledge of pipefitting, safety regulations, and workforce management. This role is responsible for ensuring project execution meets quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field crews.
Duties:
-Provide overall leadership and supervision of pipefitting crews to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
-Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring all pipefitting activities align with project timelines and objectives.
-Interpret and enforce project specifications, blueprints, and isometric drawings.
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve challenges.
-Ensure all pipefitting installations comply with industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
-Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
-Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks to maintain timelines and budgets.
Compensation:
-$45/hr - $50/hr

Qualifications:
-Five (5) years of successfully working on large-scale construction projects consisting of Industrial Piping
-Five (5) years of successfully performing first-line supervision as a general foreman for heavy construction
-Two (2) years of successful experience performing duties equivalent to construction superintendent (highly preferred Industrial Piping)
-Experience building Natural Gas Facilities
-Experience working on Airport Hydrant Fueling construction projects
-OSHA 30 certification
-Ability to travel extensively
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
