General Foreman

Trillium Construction is hiring for a General Foreman in the Ohio Valley to oversee crews performing construction and labor work on Oil and Gas construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, with extensive knowledge of pipefitting, safety regulations, and workforce supervision. This role is responsible for ensuring project execution meets quality standards, deadlines, and safety requirements while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field crews.

Duties:
-Write a job description for a general foreman working on pipefitting projects in the oil and gas industry
-Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
-Monitor work progress and address any challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
-Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of field personnel and crew members.
-Maintain detailed reports on work progress, crew performance, and project issues.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational problems encountered during execution.

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $30/hr - $35/hr
-Profit sharing
-M/V/D insurance

Qualifications:
-2 years of successfully working on large-scale construction projects (preferably for the oil and gas industry) 
-2 years of successfully performing first-line supervision as a general foreman for heavy construction (preferably for the oil and gas industry) 
-High School Diploma/GED or Higher Education (preferred)
-Concept and applications of basic mathematics and measurements 
-Experience in pipe fitting, flange assembly, and threaded pipe coupling
-Mechanically inclined
-OSHA 30 certification, training can be provided
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
