Ironworker - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking PEMB Erectors & Ironworkers in Mesa, AZ at various locations!

Pay rate is $25-32 per hour (DOE). Schedule is Monday - Friday (40-50 hours per week).

We are seeking experienced PEMB Erectors and Ironworkers with a background in metal cladding, metal roof panels, and metal wall installation. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in steel erection, metal building systems, or related work. Projects are located throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities:
-Erecting pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)
-Installing metal roofing, wall panels, and insulation
-Working at heights, including on lifts and elevated surfaces
-Adhering to OSHA safety regulations and wearing PPE at all times
-Reading and following blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans
-Using hand and power tools effectively
-Collaborating with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in PEMB erection, ironwork, or metal cladding
- Experience with metal roofs, walls, and insulation installation
- 18+ years old with a valid Arizona Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- OSHA-10 preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and hold a valid AZ driver’s license.
