Project Manager

Trillium Construction is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire position with a fire protection company based in Wisconsin.

The company specializes in fire protection systems, including alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and hood cleaning, and handles projects ranging from $10,000 to $75,000 in value. The Project Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, conducting material takeoffs, and reviewing project specifications. They will also coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timelines. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and local building codes.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $75,000 per year and goes up with experience, along with a full benefits package including a company vehicle, phone, laptop, health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) with a 3% match, and life insurance. Travel will be limited to within Wisconsin, with travel expenses covered. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate.
