Millwork Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Manager/Estimator in Mishawaka, IN to work with a well-respected custom millwork company that specializes in custom commercial woodwork, cabinetry, and countertops.

Individuals in this position will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, and overseeing project execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom woodworking, cabinetry, and countertop fabrication, along with exceptional project management skills.

Duties:
-Review project specifications, drawings, and plans to prepare accurate estimates.
-Develop detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
-Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
-Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and contracts.
-Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
-Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
-Monitor production schedules and resolve any issues that arise
-Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of plans. 

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $60,000 - $70,000, can go higher depending on experience

Qualifications:
-5 years of construction estimating/project management experience, direct experience in millwork preferred
-Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
-Proficiency in estimating software, CAD, or related design tools is a plus.
-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
