Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Marketing Specialist – Drive Growth & Innovation in Manufacturing in Battle Creek!
Annual salary is $50,000 - $52,000 (Based on Experience). Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid Option: 1 Day Remote, Manager’s Discretion).

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join a leading manufacturing company in the Battle Creek, Michigan area. This is a direct-hire opportunity where you’ll play a crucial role in B2B marketing, lead generation, and driving sales growth.
What You’ll Do:
-Develop and execute compelling social media marketing campaigns
-Manage and optimize company websites for engagement and lead generation
-Create and implement email marketing strategies that drive results
-Organize and participate in industry trade shows and events
-Oversee marketing budgets to ensure effective spending
-Collaborate with sales teams to generate high-quality leads
-Take on additional marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness

What We’re Looking For:
-3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in industrial machinery or a technical market)
-Proven expertise in lead generation and sales-driven marketing
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus!)
-Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events when needed
