Sales Coordinator
Trillium is looking for a Sales Coordinator!
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with order processing, customer communications, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, and manage return authorizations (RMA).
-Maintain customer records and track order status.
-Assist with quotes, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
-Coordinate with Credit, Production, and Shipping teams for on-time deliveries.
-Support sales events, client meetings, and general customer communications.
-Provide backup reception support as needed.

Qualifications:
-1+ year of sales support experience, preferably in a technical environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Epicor Vantage a plus).
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a deadline-driven setting.
