Quality Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Quality Manager in Clarksdale!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to implement and maintain our ISO 9001-certified quality management system while driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and lead quality initiatives throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and enhance quality control techniques to improve product reliability and efficiency.
-Collaborate with Engineering on process and design changes to maintain quality standards.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
-Design and implement data collection systems to analyze and monitor quality metrics.
-Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality compliance.
-Manage nonconforming materials, RMAs, and corrective actions to address quality issues proactively.
-Lead the Corrective Action Plan process, including development, implementation, and follow-up.
-Oversee internal audits to ensure continuous adherence to quality standards.
-Coordinate the calibration of gauges and measuring equipment to maintain precision in production.
-Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel to promote quality improvement efforts plant wide.

Schedule:
1st Shift / Monday - Friday 
Rate:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually DOE

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering, related technology, or equivalent experience.
-Six Sigma certification or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus.
-Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost-effective manufacturing techniques.
-Experience with measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, thread rings, and thread plugs.
-Proficiency in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving methodologies.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement short- and long-term goals.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications; experience with statistical software is a plus.
-Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed.
-Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a strong attention to detail.
-Troubleshooting and decision-making skills to resolve complex quality issues efficiently.
