Now hiring a Welder/Fabricator Lead in Eureka, IL! Immediate need!

Trillium Staffing has an opening for a Welder / Fabricator Lead. Duties will include overseeing and participating in the fabrication process including welding, bending, threading, sawing, plasma cutting, and painting. 

Detailed responsibilities will include:
• Layouts, fitting, and welding using MIG and FCAW welding processes. 
• Operating and overseeing saws, plasma cutters, bending machines, threading tools, assembly, and paint applications. 
• Assigning tasks daily and monitoring workflow.
• Training and mentoring team members. 
• Communicating with management and other departments. 

This Welding / Fabricator Lead is available on 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $28-$30/hour, based on experience. This position is full time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications
• HSD or GED
• AWS certification
• MIG and FCAW experience
• 1-5 years of lead experience
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
