Technical Support Analyst
Trillium is looking for a Technical Support Analyst!
Client is seeking a support analyst to assist personnel. The successful candidate will:
1. Assist agency personnel in problem resolution by ensuring that support tickets are routed correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
2. Assist with researching and communicating technical information between personnel and the resources working the problem tickets.
3. Assist with escalating highly impactful tickets with the help desk.
Typically, tickets will be related to issues with:
1. User identity management
2. End user devices such as PCs or printers
3. Network issues at locations

Requirements:
-Help desk experience in an IT environment Required 5 Years
-A good general knowledge of IT concepts (e.g., networking, PCs, etc.) Required 5 Years
-Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., MS Office suite) Required 5 Years
-Excellent communication skills Required 5 Years
-Power BI skills are a plus Highly desired 5 Years
