Quality Engineer

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Quality Engineer for a Direct hire position! Annual salary of $76k-$85k based on experience. Typical schedule of M-F 7am-3:30pm.

In this position, you will:
- Work to improve company KPI’s.
- Liaise between the quality and manufacturing teams to ensure production goals are met while minimizing quality issues.
- Continuously improve on supplier quality system.
- Assist with programming automated inspection equipment.
- Support internal and external ISO audits.
- Maintain documentation control, PPAP, and other QMS requirements.

- Have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Understand Quality Management Systems, ISO9001, and AS9100. - Preferred certified ISO9001/AS9100 internal auditor.
- Be self-driven and task-oriented.
- Be competent working with MS office and ERP/MRP systems.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineer preferred.
- Preferred prior experience with chemical etching, metal forming, or metal working.
- Employ strong communication skills both orally and written.
