Data Engineer

Trillium is looking for a Data Engineer!

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to support strategic initiatives by building and maintaining a data warehouse, creating data pipelines, and managing enterprise-wide data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for real-time reports and dashboards.
- Provide engineering solutions for the business intelligence team.
- Map logic between source systems and data warehouses, lakes, or hubs.
- Manage databases, including MCIF and enterprise-wide software.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using ETL/ELT, API design, and data integration tools.
- Ensure timely processing and transfer of data.
- Support BI applications, MLOps, and client-facing solutions.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies with innovative solutions.

Pay is $45 to $49 an hour and will be remote majority of the time.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pandas, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, Terraform, SQL Server, DB2, and CI/CD tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of data management experience, including data warehousing, integration, modeling, and optimization—preferably in financial institutions.
- Other Requirements: Must be bondable, work independently with minimal supervision, and exhibit strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
