Parts Specialist

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Parts Specialist for an opening in De Pere!

This is a permanent Parts Specialist opening with room for growth!  We are looking for someone with parts experience within the heavy-duty equipment industry.  The Parts Specialist will be talking with customers, entering orders, picking parts off the shelf, and delivering parts.  In addition, this position requires an understanding of the sales order/invoicing process and computer experience.  This is a full-time, contract to hire position and the company is open to a direct hire only candidate.  Hours are flexible but standard hours are usually 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  One Saturday per month, just morning hours.  Wages for the Parts Specialist role are based on experience ranging from $23-$27/hour.

-High School diploma or GED.
-At least four years of experience withing the heavy-duty truck industry.
-Prior parts or service experience. 
-Understanding of the sales order/invoicing process.
-Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
