Project Coordinator
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Project Coordinator for work in Richmond!
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator 2 to support project management for the Health Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They will serve as a key point of communication between stakeholders, providing administrative and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities include: assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks; track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools, communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment; organize and facilitate meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.

Qualifications & Skills:
-1-3 years of experience in project coordination on large, complex IT projects;
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
-Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Project;
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
-Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field;
-Experience in clinical healthcare and electronic health record systems;
-Certification in Project Management is a plus.
