Trillium Staffing has a Customer Service Representative position available in the Howell, MI. area.
Direct hire opportunity working at our client location who is worldwide market leader in pest management and disease management. Estimated salary range of up to $40k to $45k based on experience. Hours will be 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. but can be flexible for with the schedule to one hour either side of the shift. 30 minute lunch hour.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) interfaces with customers and various business & functional team members to deliver exceptional service to their customers. Through building successful relationships, the Customer Service Representative will coordinate and align multiple internal resources and capabilities across the company. The CSR manages the entry of orders, from initial contact with the customer until the product arrives at the correct time, with the correct product and correct paperwork to the customer. It is expected they know what it takes to go above and beyond the daily calls from customers; to build customer loyalty and confidence.
-Manage account execution activities as a dedicated CSR for our key client accounts across the U.S. by working directly with customers utilizing multiple channels of communication. Manage and process all purchase orders received online, by phone or email to ensure orders are placed and billed appropriately.
-Monitor all requests to ensure they are accurately processed and maintain records of all customer interactions, transactions and complaints for continuous improvement initiatives. Initiate the corrective action for resolution and take the lead position in resolution for the customer and designate any unresolved issues to the appropriate resource.
-Support the company’s greater Customer Service, Sales, and Management teams with tasks including, but not limited to document retrieval, shipment tracking, customer portal interaction and various project support.

-2-year or 4-year Business or Science degree or 3 years’ equivalent working experience in an administrative/customer service function.
-Excellent communication skills including active listening.
-Experienced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-Knowledge with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Dynamics 365 and Zendesk Sell experience is a plus).
-Service-oriented and able to resolve customer complaints.
-Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
-Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
-Basic knowledge of macro and micro biologicals within the agricultural segment is a plus.
-Ability to Travel up to 15% ( Under normal circumstances travel to Oxnard, CA and Howell, MI offices for training purposes).
