Diesel Mechanic

Now hiring a Diesel Mechanic for a Direct-Hire Opportunity in Springfield, OH!

An established national distribution company is actively seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their growing team! Pay rate is $27 - $36 per hour, based on experience. Schedule is 3rd shift Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment
-Diagnose and repair diesel engine issues, including brakes, A/C systems, and more
-Conduct repairs and inspections to ensure safety and compliance
-Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with expertise in diesel engine repair, brakes, A/C systems, etc.
-Reefer experience, certifications, and a CDL are preferred, but not required
