Structural Assistant Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Structural Assistant Superintendent for work in Texas, Indiana, Wyoming, Louisiana!

Pay is $1,700/week + Per Diem. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, end of year production Bonus.

Job Summary:
-Assist the Job Superintendent with coordinating construction activities in ironworking, rigging, and light millwright work.
-Supervise field crews to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant project completion.

Responsibilities:
• Scope & Planning: Review project documents, schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Crew Management: Determine manpower needs, coordinate hiring, and enforce safety and training requirements.
• Materials: Receive, inspect, and document all materials; ensure proper storage and handling.
• Quality & Safety: Oversee work quality, adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, and inspect subcontractor work.
• Equipment: Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and operated by certified personnel.
• Communication: Direct foremen, address site hazards, and document daily activities.

Qualifications:
• Experience with heavy construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, follow instructions, and manage schedules.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime and travel.
• Must be 18+, pass a drug screen and background check.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, and handling materials.
• Outdoor work in varying weather and construction environments.
