Supply Chain Manager
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Supply Chain Manager for an innovative Industrial Manufacturer!
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office environment. This includes overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, supporting office staff, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
-Oversee and manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth operations.
-Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked.
-Implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
-Coordinate office moves, events, and space allocation.
Administrative Support:
-Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or office personnel.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Human Resources Support:
-Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
-Maintain employee records and process timesheets.
Support HR with compliance, training, and benefits administration.
Financial Support:
-Manage office budget, process invoices, and track office expenditures.
-Assist with financial reporting and billing, ensuring budget compliance.
Customer/Client Relations:
-Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, and ensure they are properly attended to.
-Provide information and support for clients and employees.
Health and Safety:
-Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations.
-Oversee cleaning and maintenance services.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or related field.
-Proven experience in office management, administration, or related roles.
-Needs to have direct manufacturing experience
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Desired Skills:
-Experience with budgeting and financial management.
-Knowledge of HR processes and employee benefits.
-Customer service experience.
