Manual Machinist

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Manual Machinist in Peoria, Illinois!

The Manual Machinist will set up and operate numeric controlled machines and machining centers to fabricate parts.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
• Using mills and lathes to fabricate parts to precise specifications.
• Performing set-ups, edits, tool changes, and programming.
• Using mathematics and precision instruments to determine dimensions and tolerances.

The Manual Machinist is a first shift position, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is possible. Pay will range from $18 - $24/hour based on experience. Positions are full time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of manual machining experience.
- Experience with Fulcrum, CAD, and CAM software preferred
- Experience using micrometers and gauges as well as reading blueprints and schematics.
