Fabricator

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Fabricator in Cincinnati!       
   
Pay range is $21-22/hour. The Fabricator is responsible for manufacturing component parts from metal or other industrial materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Read detailed schematics for complex machines.
-Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.
-Weld and solder pieces together.
-Align components and connect them with bolts and screws.
-Find faulty components in defective products to fix them.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Technical skills and the ability to understand blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical manuals.
-Mechanical skills and knowledge of basic machinery, including computers, tools, and other devices.
-Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, with the ability to manipulate and assemble very large and extremely small components.

Education & Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent required, with some bookkeeping coursework.
-2+ years’ work experience in similar position preferred.
