Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Sturgis! 

Pay rate is $20-$22 based on experience. The role can include:

HR Related:
•Complete Health Insurance census annually
•Enroll/Change/Terminate insurance coverages of employees
•Maintain employee Point system
•Maintain timecards for temporary associates, send weekly time reports
•Maintain employee data in UAttend and CloudSuite (ERP system)
•Create attendance calendars for employees (Word)
•Scan employee documents and file them into appropriate directories

General Office and ERP Tasks:
•Maintain, add, update bills of material in CloudSuite (ERP system)
•Purchase order receiving
•Add or update customer orders in CloudSuite
•Answer phones, other general office duties
•Social Media postings
•Employee postings (holidays, new policies, etc)
•SupplyOn EDI interactions, ASN, download and enter new customer orders

Other tasks:
•Maintain USMCA and other trade forms for customers
•REACH. RoHS, Prop65, PFAS certifications for purchased items
•Maintain insurance liability certificates from vendors and for customers
•Maintain SDS system (web based, scanning and uploading of SDS records)

Computer Skills Preferred/Required:
•Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•SharePoint Online
•Microsoft Forms
•Ability to learn CloudSuite ERP system (online training available, video classes)
