Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct-hire position local to Clarks or Omaha Nebraska!
Salary: $160k - $190k | Benefits: M/V/D, PTO, 401k
Trillium Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a construction company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the energy industry. They specialize in designing and building industrial facilities, including terminals, pipelines, and storage tanks.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and direct multi-craft EPC projects valued up to $50M. You will be accountable for all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, financials, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Project Leadership: Lead project teams, establish goals, define roles, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
-Client Interaction: Serve as the primary client contact, anticipate client needs, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
-Safety & Quality: Implement and enforce safety protocols, lead safety training, and ensure project quality standards are met.
-Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial goals are met. Manage change orders and contracts.
-Team Coordination: Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and ensure efficient communication across all stakeholders.
-Scheduling & Planning: Lead the development and management of master schedules, ensuring project milestones are met.
-Procurement & Risk Management: Manage material procurement, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
-Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper documentation control, track project progress, and report status to stakeholders.
-Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor performance, schedule, and compliance with contract terms.

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on EPC projects.
-Proven ability to manage projects up to $50M and lead cross-functional teams.
-Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6).
-Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
