Electrical Assembly Worker

Trillium has an immediate opening for an Electrical Sub-Assembler!

This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to build, test, and troubleshoot electrical sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position will convert to permanent depending on your performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble electrical sub-assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
-Use measuring tools, fixtures, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
-Test and troubleshoot assemblies, identifying and resolving issues.
-Maintain proper documentation and follow safety protocols.
-Work collaboratively with team members and be open to training and mentorship.

Schedule is 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM / Monday - Friday. Pay rate is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Ability to read electrical prints and use measuring tools.
-Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
-Ability to differentiate wire colors for proper assembly.
-Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
-Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays if needed
-Various other duties as requested by your supervisor.
