Accounts Receivable Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Standish, MI for a temporary role!

Pay is $16-$20 based on experience. Schedule is M-F 8AM-5PM.

Essential Responsibilities:
-Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee invoicing, collections, cash management, account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with sales tax laws.
-Data Management & Reconciliation: Gather, compile, and input financial data; prepare journal entries and resolve discrepancies related to client billing and payments.
-Collaboration & Support: Assist the Accounting Manager and support accounts payable when needed; prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business -Management (1-5 years of relevant experience).
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Experience in manufacturing or project accounting is beneficial.
