Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Accounting Clerk for direct-hire in Farmington!

We’re looking for an Accounting Clerk to play a vital role in our finance department, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supporting essential accounting functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Expense Reporting – Manage paper and online expense reports, train employees on submissions, and input data into the ERP system.
-Payment Processing – Issue checks for invoices and expense reports, process wire transfers, and handle ACH payments.
-Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, manage payments, track aging reports, and set up vendors.
-Financial Recordkeeping – Maintain customer records, credit limits, and ensure accurate documentation.
-Communication & Support – Liaise with employees, vendors, and customers regarding payments and financial inquiries.
-Administrative Duties – File invoices and reports, send shipments, handle mail distribution, and prepare 1099s for vendors.

What We’re Looking For:
-Education & Experience – Associate Degree in accounting or a related field required.
-Accounting Knowledge – At least one year of accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
-Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
-ERP Experience – Familiarity with accounting systems preferred.
