What You’ll Be Doing:
-Payroll & Compliance – Process payroll with precision, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
-Time & Attendance – Track timesheets, document time off, and manage overtime records.
-Benefits Administration – Oversee enrollment, contributions, and administrative requests while ensuring compliance.
-HR Accounting – Manage invoices, reports, and reconciliations to support department operations.
-Professional Development – Expand your HR knowledge through training and workshops.
-Additional Responsibilities – Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on new projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
-Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least three years of HR experience.
-Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and payroll/benefits software.
-Certification Advantage – SHRM Certified Professional preferred.
