Project Manager

Trillium Construction is seeking a remote Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on complex challenges with a dedicated team. You’ll be working with a national general contractor specializing in providing construction and maintenance solutions for multi-site retailers.

Responsibilities:
-Lead retail construction projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction standards.
-Review and estimate project requirements based on drawings and scope documents to determine timelines, budget, staffing, and resources.
-Oversee all aspects of awarded projects, including managing budgets, scope, client relations, and ensuring all project goals are met.
-Proactively manage project communications, ensuring clarity and accountability across all team members.
-Collaborate closely with Field Superintendents to plan and direct on-site activities, while managing change requests as needed.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
-Travel as needed to job sites and client locations across the nation.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 5 years in the construction industry.
-Proven ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with exceptional organizational skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics.
-Strong critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes are common.
-Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office tools.
-Customer-focused, with problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
-Strong personal integrity, accountability, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
