Equipment Operator

Trillium Professional is now seeking Equipment Operators in Jeanerette, LA!

Client is seeking candidates who can assist the Process Teams at the plant. In addition, the candidate should be able to operate different pieces of equipment, show a history of working in a team, and being able to perform different tasks daily. Significant experience is also required regarding the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines to operate in a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities
• Operate front end loader, skid loader, telehandler, and/or manlifts around the facilities
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Work on a rotating 12-hr shift schedule while remaining focused and punctual (Dupont Schedule)
• Be flexible and attentive to potential daily changes in operating plans
• Ensure adherence to rules, procedures, and workplace policies

Qualifications
• Recommended experience in plant or production operations
• Experience in construction equipment operations
• Experience working as part of a team
• Ability to learn on the job with good interpersonal skills
