Your Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind efficient and high-quality machining operations. You’ll oversee daily production, lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Inspire – Motivate and develop a skilled team of CNC machinists, fostering trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Maximize Efficiency – Oversee production scheduling, minimize downtime, and implement strategies to boost throughput while reducing costs.
* Ensure Quality & Safety – Uphold strict quality control procedures and maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
* Problem Solve & Innovate – Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that drive productivity.
* Collaborate & Communicate – Work cross-functionally with other supervisors and managers to maintain a seamless production schedule and meet customer demands.
* Drive Continuous Improvement – Lead research and development projects, implement lean manufacturing practices, and optimize machine performance.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience & Expertise – 5+ years working with CNC machining teams and 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
* Technical Know-How – Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, material identification, and ERP systems.
* Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to manage teams, analyze production challenges, and implement effective solutions.
* Commitment to Excellence – Passion for manufacturing, attention to detail, and a dedication to safety and quality standards.
* Strong Communication & Organization – Excellent ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and foster a culture of open communication.
