Trillium Construction is hiring a Project Manager in Portland, OR!

Our client is an EPC specializing in industrial manufacturing, renewables, food processing, high purity chemicals, advances materials, and semi-conductors. They are now hiring for a Project Manager to join their team in Portland. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $105k plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, 401k, Sick time, and Holiday Pay. 

Duties: 
-Lead the development and implementation of detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. -Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Develop sequence of activities for contractors. 
-Manage and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors 
-Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure projects stay within budget and deliver value to clients. 
-Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans. -Monitor ongoing project activities to prevent delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents. 
-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. 
-Ensure that all projects are compliant with industry safety standards and regulations. Foster a culture of safety on-site and ensure all workers are trained in safe work practices. Ensure quality control processes are followed to meet project specifications. 
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety inspections, change orders, and project status updates. 
-Review contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Negotiate changes to scope, schedule, and costs as needed

Qualifications: 
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within heavy industrial construction (, manufacturing, high purity chemicals, advanced materials, semiconductor, etc.) ranging anywhere from $250k - $10 million 
-Experience working in process construction (equipment installation, process piping, process mechanical, E&I, etc.) 
-Experience working on industrial building projects including civil, concrete, steel, MEP, and FP 
-Proven experience managing large-scale, complex industrial construction projects from start to finish.
