What You’ll Do:
-Reconcile and Collaborate: Take charge of intercompany Accounts Receivable and Payable across multiple locations and affiliates.
-Ensure Accuracy: Process and reconcile general insurance expenses with meticulous attention to detail.
-Lead the Ledger: Create and update general ledger accounts for assigned locations to keep our finances on point.
-ERP Excellence: Enter journal entries and invoices into the company’s ERP system with precision.
-Close the Month with Confidence: Oversee inventory adjustments, vouchers payable, and support month-end closing processes.
-Deliver Insights: Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages that provide clarity and value.
-Support Compliance: Assist with J-SOX testing, including ELC, FR-ELC, and PLC.
-Streamline Payments: Verify invoices and ensure accurate allocations to accounts.
-Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with location managers on various accounting tasks.
-Take on Special Projects: Contribute to exciting accounting initiatives and support department objectives.
-Stay Flexible: Be ready to adapt to new responsibilities as needed—no two days are the same!

What You’ll Bring:
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Experience: A solid 4+ years in accounting, showcasing your expertise.
-Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting clear documentation.
-Analytical Mindset: Strong reasoning and comprehension skills to solve complex financial puzzles.
