Machinist

Tremendous 1st shift permanent Machinist opening with establish job shop in De Pere!

The intermediate level Machinist will work on a variety of jobs and will operate primarily Vertical Milling centers. The Machinist will work from offline programs but also program and edit at the modern Haas machining center. This position will work from drawings and prints to make parts at the machine with little supervision. The Machinist may assist other operators as well. 

Pay range will be $28-$32/hr. and there is room for growth! Schedule is flexible with start time anywhere from 5a-7:30a with a 40 hour work week. Overtime is possible up to 45-50/hrs a week.

To be successful in this role the Machinist will have:
-Trade/technical school training Machining and/or experience operating, editing, perform set-up and machine programming at the machine
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
-Proven experience machining parts at the machine with little to no supervision
