Turbine Mechanic - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking Turbine Mechanics for a shutdown in Sulphur, LA starting on February 8th.

Turbine Mechanics will be working at a petrochem Westlake facility for a 28 day outage. Turbine Mechanics will conducting a GE Fitchburg 39,000HP Turbine & Clark Compressor overhaul. Turbine Mechanics will performing maintenance duties, replacing all of the bearing and spares, replacement of the turning gear motor, support for the hydraulic side of the valve racks and Turbine Throttle Valve including parts replacement. Turbine Mechanics will also be working on a Clark Compressor, removing all of the diaphragms, rotor removal, and full labyrinth seal replacement.

The work schedule will be Monday-Sunday working 12s on night shift starting at 6pm-6am. Pay for this position is $30 and per diem is $145 all 7 days. Travel pay is $250 in/out.

-Turbine Mechanics must have at least 5+ years of experience as well as recent experience performing this kind of duties.

-Turbine Mechanics must supply all tools of the trade, wear standard PPE and harness.
