This established, independent agency is looking for an Insurance Account Manager to join their Personal Lines team!
The company has a full training program and will pay for your insurance license! This very established firm continues to grow at a record pace, and they are looking for additional Account Managers to join their Sales team in the Personal Lines division. Insurance Account Managers will be focused on growth, acquisition, and retention of the Personal Lines book, but are also able to sell small commercial products if they are interested.
This is a long-term career opportunity that offers stability (no nights and no weekends!), free training and licensure in the insurance field, and a full benefits package!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new prospective customers
- Determine prospective and current customer needs
- Educate and advise prospective and current clients on product features and benefits
- Utilize tools like phone, networking, and working events to grow your sales base
- Consistently follow up with prospects for when there is a need
- Reach out to old customers and try to win them back with new products and features
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM at the Zanesville office location
Compensation:
- $30,000 - $40,000 base salary + commission
- Commission averages $3,500 - 5,000 in the first year

Experience:
- Sales and/or insurance experience is a plus
- Any experience in a customer-facing role
- Current Property & Casualty License or will obtain within 60-days of start date
- Proficient in CRM programs
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
