Trillium Professional is now seeking a Project Lead for Enterprise Asset Management in Charlotte!

Provide functional support of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) project implementation. These responsibilities include management of asset master data for railcars, management of industry level interfaces (Umler), management of Conditioned Based Maintenance (CBM) strategy, and ensuring data integrity across the Enterprise Asset Management application. These responsibilities may include training both internal and external resources on the systems and processes. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
·       Responsible for providing functional requirements for an Enterprise Asset Management solution
o   Manage railcar master data elements
o   Manage railcar templates
o   Manage railcar component install base
o   Manage collection of mileage data
o   Manage railcar component metering
o   Work collaboratively with other business stake holders to manage railcar data elements
o   Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to design, develop, test, and deploy an EAM system

·       Responsible for the management and data accuracy of industry required data elements (Umler)
o   Manage new railcar acquisition process for population of industry required data elements
o   Manage process for the creation of new industry required data elements
o   Ensure data accuracy across railcar fleet
o   Work collaboratively with Engineering and other Fleet departments to ensure compliance with industry standards

·       Responsible for the management of Conditioned Based Maintenance strategy
o   Manage the creation of preventative maintenance work orders through EAM system
o   Manage the creation of corrective maintenance work orders through EAM system
o   Manage the creation of work orders based on wear chart data through EAM system
o   Manage the creation of informational work orders through EAM system
o   Manage the development of railcar health metrics
o   Responsible for developing reporting around the effectiveness of CBM strategy
o   Work collaboratively with Engineering to develop new work orders based on known criteria
o   Manage the system execution of work order opening and closure processes
o   Participate in driving the strategic direction of the CBM program through knowledge and expertise of EAM system

·       Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis/reporting as required
o   Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Asset Master Data
o   SME for CBM strategy and execution
o   SME for CBM work order data elements and closure metrics
o   SME for Umler data attributes
o   SME for EAM system

Annual salary is $130-140k/year. This is a direct-hire position. Apply now!
 
·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four year college or university preferred.
·       One (1) plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·       Hexagon EAM experience preferred
·       Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
·       Working knowledge of railcar types, components, and Umler specifications.
·       Ability to read and generally understand Engineering drawings for necessary information.
·       Familiarity with American Association of Railroad (AAR) and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Rules and Regulations.
·       Comfortable with and learns computing applications rapidly to be able to operate and train others.
·       Ability to deliver strong, clear and concise communications, both oral and written.
·       Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
