Supply Chain Sales Specialist

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Supply Chain Sales Specialist for work in Southfield!

Pay Range: $30-35.

Job Description
-Manage prototype delivery process from customer order receipt to delivery at various customer locations.
-Ensure on time deliveries for customer build dates by working with manufacturing and the customer.
-Database reporting functions to keep sales/management informed on order and timing changes.
-Properly label parts and containers for delivery according to customer’s standards for material shipping out
of on-site warehouse.
-Maintain and organize shipment paperwork necessary for accurate and timely billing.
-Manage internal system set ups and process shipments and invoices.
-Assist in open prototype A/R monitoring and follow up.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
-Excellent customer service skills with an ability to approach every business relationship as a partnership
-Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to address customer issues and partner on resolutions
Good analytical skills
-Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to resolve situations while making a point firmly and seeking a positive outcome for both sides
-In-depth understanding and demonstrated competency in working with computer software and mainframe applications to manipulate, analyze and reconcile data
