Business Development Support Rep
Business Development and Marketing Representative needed in De Pere, WI! Direct hire!
Our client is currently looking for a Business Development and Marketing Representative with experience in the heavy equipment industry. This person will be maintaining current client relationships, cold calling from their already established cliental list, handling marketing for their new product line, setting up sales calls, working directly with Sales Representatives on leads, and other duties as needed. The ideal candidate would have a proven ability to attain sales quotas and the skills to build lasting relationships with customers, successful experience and enthusiasm for prospecting clients via face-to-face and over the phone, ability to become an expert on company product lines and services, strong people skills, and a customer service attitude.
Hours for this Direct Hire role are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility. The Business Development and Marketing Rep is a base, plus commission, base ranging from $45-55K with unlimited income potential!

Qualifications
• 1+ year of Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience with heavy-duty truck or equipment industry is ideal.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
