Construction Project Manager

Now Hiring a Construction Project Manager local to Long Island to manage Underground Tank and similar projects in the greater NY area. 

This is a direct hire role, salary up to $120k + full benefits. 

Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
-Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
-Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents/ scope.
-Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
-Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
-Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals.
