Are you a motivated leader ready to drive success in the staffing industry? We’re looking for a Selling Branch Manager for our Denver Colorado location who can inspire a team, build strong client relationships, and improve our recruitment efforts!

As a Selling Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, customer service, recruitment, administration, and compliance. You will also be actively involved in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the local market. You will manage a team of sales and recruitment professionals and provide them with coaching, training, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of personal drive and ambition. You must also have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the branch’s performance and growth.

Qualifications:
-Previous management experience. Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the staffing industry preferred
-Ability to manage and develop a successful branch team
-Provide excellent customer service to existing clients as well as potential clients
-Responsible for overseeing day to day internal operations
-Administrative responsibilities and training (on-boarding, payroll, job placements, collections, recruiting, client communications, etc.)
-Maintain and update employee and client files
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Must have knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams
-Ability to multi-task and take on numerous projects at one time
-Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
