Maintenance Technician
Industrial Maintenance Technician needed in Marion, WI! Direct Hire!!
Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to add to our client’s growing team. Duties include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical machine failures, knowledge of motors and controls, performing preventative maintenance procedures, assigning duties to techs as needed, AC/DC control wiring, working with servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Our client is ideally seeking 2+ years of related industrial mechanic or electro-mechanical maintenance experience. Automotive industry experience or related mechanic experience will be considered in this position.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the area. The standard hours are 6pm-6am, Friday to Sunday. Wages range based on experience, $28-34+/hr. This opportunity also comes along with available benefits, 401k with match as well as quarterly and yearly bonus programs, and paid schooling as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies or a Journeyman or Millwright background a plus.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred, not required.
- Electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC experience preferred.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
