Plumbing Foreman

Trillium Construction is hiring a Lead Journeyman Plumber for a client in Louisville, KY.

In this role, you will lead a team in overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed journeyman plumber with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and safely. Key Responsibilities:
-Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
-Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and implement blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise and efficient execution.
-Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide plumbing team members while fostering a positive and productive work culture.
-Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and uphold the highest quality standards.
-Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, prioritizing effective and durable solutions.
-Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and safe work practices on-site.

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour Minimum of 40 hours per week. Standard 5x8 workweek (Monday to Friday. Weekends as required. Hourly pay with overtime opportunities. Signing bonus. Performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:
-Licensure: Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
-Experience: Proven experience in commercial plumbing; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage; skilled in using plumbing tools and equipment.
-Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
-Teamwork & Collaboration: Effective interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
-Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
-Growth-Oriented: Willingness to innovate and continuously improve skills and practices within the trade.
-Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred)
-Driver’s License (Required)
-Journeyman Plumber license (Required)
