Trillium Staffing has an immediate opening for an Office Manager to work near Morton, IL.
                                     
Trillium is hiring an experienced Office Manager to work for a small, family-owned company. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative functions for the business.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
-Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
-Maintaining employee and office records.
-Managing accounts payable and receivable as well as assisting with invoices.
-Acting as a point of contact for customers and vendors.
-Working with the production team to align administrative tasks with manufacturing schedules.
-Other duties as assigned.

The Office Manager is a first shift position, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. This position is full time and temp-to-hire. Pay will range from $18-$20 depending on experience.
 
Qualifications
-3+ years of office management or administrative experience
-Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 50 software (formerly Peachtree)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
