Customer Service Representative

Trillium is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Vassar, MI!

This temp to hire position is 1st Shift, working M-F. Pay rate is $20/hr.

Job Duties include:
- Must be knowledgeable about current promotions and able to make recommendations based on customers needs. 
- Must be able to answer questions about products, pricing and availability.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding returns and payment policies.
- Must have strong multitasking skills and be organized, having the ability to plan and follow through. 
- Must also be able to call and contact prospective customers. 
- Must be strong in both written and oral communication, having strong customer service skills.  
- Must be able to manage difficult situations calmly, be able to resolve problems and offer solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.  
- Must be able to stay focused and logged into phone systems during scheduled shifts with the exception of break times.
- Must have strong computer skills (magenta, mom, excel, outlook, word)

Requirements:
- 1-2 years related experience
- Knowledge of measurements and accuracy
- High School Diploma or Equivalent 
- Able to pass all pre-screenings
