Manual Machinist

Trillium is Now Hiring a Manual Machinist in Twinsburg! 

We are seeking a skilled machinist to set-up and operate Manual Lathes. There will also be some work with Horizontal Boring Mills, and VTL’s. Must understand how to read mechanical blueprints, perform calculations, and make cuts with precision.
 
This is a first shift position working Monday to Friday. Overtime is available as well. The starting pay is up to $30.00, depending on experience. The starting pay rate could slightly increase for the right experience. This is a direct-hire position that comes with a full benefits package as well. 

Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate manual controlled machines based on part configuration
-Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications
-Understand and comply with industry regulations
-Read and follow blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts

Qualifications: 
-The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
-Previous experience in a manual machining role. 
-Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
-Able to complete tasks in a fast paced job shop environment
