Collections Manager
Trillium Staffing has a Direct Hire opportunity for a Collections Manager in Grand Blanc, MI!
The Manager is responsible for managing the Credit Union’s Member Solutions and Collections programs, overseeing loan restructures, bankruptcy processing, and loan servicing for consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. Leads the Member Solutions team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing portfolio performance.
Duties include:
-Negotiating repayment plans and loan modifications.
-Overseeing collections, bankruptcy, foreclosures, fraud, and repo assets.
-Managing Credit Union-held assets for sale, including real estate, etc.
-Developing and training team members.
-Monitoring vendor relationships and performance targets.
-Ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
-Collaborating with committees and departments to support Credit Union goals.
This position requires occasional travel, adherence to compliance standards, and promotion of the Credit Union’s mission and services. Hours are 8am-5pm and the starting salary is $103-115k DOE.

-Minimal Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years on the job experience is required. Proficient knowledge in bankruptcy law, foreclosure law, contract law and collection law required.
-Minimum five years collections experience and 3 years management experience.
