Customer Service Representative
Local Manufacturing facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will work 1st shift Mon-Fri 8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. with possible overtime as needed. Pay rate is $15/hour.
Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Answer incoming calls
-Assist customers in ordering products
-Make follow up sales phone calls
-Purchase supplies needed for production
-Enter purchase orders into system for processing
-Complete all necessary paperwork needed for shipment
Create and print reports for open orders
-Assist with handling customer complaints and filling out appropriate paperwork
-Process returns for customers
-Enter and keep track of all credits
-Create and distribute quotes to customers
-Maintain files and paperwork

Requirements:
-Previous experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in an office environment is required.
-Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
-Great customer service skills
-Strong computer skills
-Solid, verifiable work history
